Join the visit of the social housing Xaloc and Terral

We invite you to discover the Xaloc & Terral buildings, two social housing projects located in Sant Pere de Ribes and Sitges, respectively.
First of all, we will visit Xaloc, a building with 43 social rental homes, located in Sant Pere de Ribes that will be delivered at the end of June. The building has an AA energy rating both in terms of energy expenditure and CO2 emissions. It has community heat pumps with aerothermal energy for the production of domestic hot water and air conditioning (hot and cold air). These heat pumps are also powered by photovoltaic solar panels. During the visit, we will be able to enjoy the explanations of the aerothermal system and a presentation, by the president of the company, of how this project is constituted.
We will also visit the Terral building (62 homes), located in Sitges, the second most expensive city in Spain per square meter (5,456 euros). It is a twin building delivered in December 2022 to Xaloc, so visitors will be able to see the evolution of a social rental promotion. In the first without tenants and in the second, once the homes were delivered and alive.
Both buildings have been built on public land ceded by each of its town halls with a 75-year surface right.
Once the visit is over, attendees will be able to enjoy a glass of cava.
